What's Inspected?

A Typical Home Inspection
A typical home inspection reviews the condition of the major components of the home and its immediate surroundings.  The inspection generally takes between 2 and 3 hours to perform.  The home inspection report is a snapshot in time of the home's physical condition and indicates what may need repaired, monitored or replaced. My reports are computer generated with color pictures to help illustrate problem areas more clearly. You can expect to receiver your report usually within 24 hours.
