I have completed many different types of inspections and it would be an honor for me to be able to inspect your future home for you. My average home inspection lastbetween 2 and a half to 3 hours. Every inch of the property is inspected from the foundation to the roof. I inspect Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing. I look at the property for proper drainage and will make recomendations if needed. My report is very easy to read and understand. Digital color photos are incluced in all my reports to help in understanding any problem areas. I recommend you attednting the inspection if possible, or at least the last 30 minutes so that I can to review the inspection with you as this makes it easier for you to understand the report.
